Mr. Deen Kassienath

We had a claim concerning our Toyota Yaris which was involved in an accident and the claim department rejected the claim, although I knew for sure that the insurance was reinstated on the 12th of August by an agent. The accident was on the 14th of August. The only person took the time to go over the recordings between the agent and myself was Shaffiq and I thank Shaffiq and Discovery Insure for their honesty in listening to the recording and the stress relief, as well as assistance they gave. He went a step further in keeping me informed until the vehicle is repaired, although claims is not his department. I thank him for his kindness, honesty and good workmanship.
