I've had car insurance from Discovery Insure, and the car got written off. Ms. Banele was my spokesperson and helper throughout the whole claiming process.
Discovery paid the full settlement amount, plus the extra owed to me. From the day of the accident, till the payout and finalization only took about a week. Discovery is the best insurance company I've ever had insurance from, and I'll stick to them no matter what!
