Mpumlelelo is a customer service star!

I have to compliment Mpumelelo Khoza on his service when my brother was involved in a car accident in the early hours of Saturday morning, where he was driving my car and hit by a drunk driver. He kept in constant contact with me, answered all my questions and before the other vehicle's tow assistance had arrived, my car was loaded on the tow truck and we were on our way home.
