I wish to express my disappointment with the *********** lady who introduced herself to me as Mpume. On Wednesday at 10:05, I called discovery insurance to get an update on a claim I lodged on Sunday 08-08-2021. I spoke to Mpume who **** to me and said that my claim was processed and that they are waiting for net assess to give them a feed back report. Little did she know I will call net assess to verify the information. I spoke to Persty at net assess who clarified that there was nothing under my claim number that they were instructed to do pertaining to my claim. I called discovery insurance again and requested to speak to Mpume and she was no longer available to take my call. Another gentleman assisted me and immediately sent an email to net assess instructing them to assess my vehicle. The frustration I have is that, 1. She did not only fool me, but she failed me by not sending an email to net assess to keep the process moving. 2. I left her a message to call me back and apologise for misleading me. She never bothered herself. Finally, such incompetence and arrogance need to be dealt with accordingly. I appeal to her management to look into this matter.
