Mpho Phokanoka - Discovery Insure24/Road assist

My car battery died and I didn't know what to do so I called Discovery Insure and I was put through to Mpho Phokanoka. He was so helpful and kept me very calm on the phone. He sent someone out to help and called me while I waited to check up on me and updated me on the whereabouts of the road assistant. He also called to follow up afterwards to check if I was okay and the car was sorted. Very pleasant experience and everything was sorted within an hour.
