Mpho Monare provides excellent service

On 19 November I discovered that my policy had lapsed. I phoned Discovery on the same day and again on 20 November to arrange for immediate reinstatement. The two call centre staff members promised that the matter would be resolved however I learnt to my suprise that I did not have the cover. Then on 21 November I phoned again and dealt with a capable and professional Mpho Monare. Though I was totally irate Mpho was calm. Firstly he explained the root of the problem and shared how and when he would resolve the matter. He proceeded to fix the problem immediately. Mpho is an asset to Discovery and I am glad and relieved that I dealt with him.
