Would like to give Mpho Monare a great review. He offered me fantastic customer service. Mopho is in the Retentions department and was extremely helpful and friendly. It is always so nice dealing with such a friendly and helpful person within a call centre.
Really believe Mopho went above and beyond his role at this organisation!
