Mpho made my day
I just wanted to let you know that I was treated like royalty by Mpho after she though rally explained to me about the DQ system and assisted me promptly, she was patient and I hope we find more people like her. She told me that she would NOT hang up the phone until her system is fully loaded so that I can get the response email immediately. She was just wonderful and she MADE MY DAY
