Moving to Discovery Insurance has been the biggest mistake we've made. To date, not a single claim has gone without a hitch. We had water damage in our kitchen, and had a cabinet replaced. Only for the same problem to happen again a few months down the line. Also, the service providers used are extremely unprofessional, they left a big mess at my house after the repairs. They have yet to return to fix the cabinet once more, due to same water issue after improper installation.

Next, my wife's iPad screen got cracked. It was sent in for repairs, and now we found out that they don't have the correct part for the repair. This after we sent the specs of the iPad before hand, and during the process we were kept up to date more or less of when repairs were going to be done (last week Thursday). Today we get an email that they don't have the correct parts (Tuesday the following week).

If you are considering switching to Discovery, I do highly recommend against that. Unless being frustrated with each time you claim is what you're after.
