Moving goalpost unilateral and very unfair

A new vehicle was purchased on 31 May 2016. After contacting the call centre, a revised quote was sent. Late the afternoon Discovery was informed to confirm the quote and remove the old vehicle. A new policy plan was sent EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2016. The difference between the 2 amounts was paid. Suddenly a month later, the debit order was for a higher amount. After several mails to the useless call centre mailbox (rerference nr after reference nr ad infnito) I was told that a notice was sent in April to inform me of the price increase. Surely Discovery also informed themselves months in advance and therefore sent me a quote with the correct price that I accepted. This is **************** applying notices randomly and suits only yourself. It is an unfair practice and bully the client. Two messages was left for the supervisor and manager to call me. But it is too much trouble and they do as they pleases. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.
