Motorcycle claim

Discovery advert says that your claim will be managed and resolved within 5 days. I am battling for 20 day now to finalize my claim without any clarity. I've been putting through from one to another clerk without results because they can't tell me how long it will take to finalize. I will not recommend Discovery Insure at all. Higle dissattisfied.
