Motor Claims - Discovery Insure Ltd.

I have had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with the Motor Claims department of Discovery Insure Ltd. For the past two weeks my daughter has been shoved from pillar to post by various Motor Claims Call Centre Agents. You cannot call them consultants because they are not professional enough to validate the term.

Mr. Avashin Ramanand should perhaps take the time and effort to have all the Motor Claims Call Centre agents re-trained in service delivery to the customer.

When dealing with any customer, not just some customers, it is always good practice to afford said customer the best service possible. It is already quite painful dealing with any Call Centre agent, but to deal with incompetence on top of that is just unacceptable.

After two weeks of no assistance to my daughter I decided to pursue the matter on her behalf to see if I have any more success. Sadly I have to say I had to resolve to being mean to even get any momentum and action from the Call Centre agents.

In particular I would like to mention a young lady named Eugenia. Young lady if you were in my team you would have a job. I do believe in professionalism.

Discovery Insure – empower your employees. Maybe you will have less unhappy clients. Remember, your client is the one that pays your salary and in the end your shareholder dividend.

Do not treat them as if they owe you anything. Treat them with care.

My misfortune. I omitted a word. Eugenia would NOT have a job in my team.
