Most pathetic service I have ever received!!!!!!!

The employees in the building and content claims department have absolutely no training how to do there jobs!!!! Cannot give any feedback or finalise anything!!!! My house flooded on the 28th of Dec 2020, it more than a month later and we still cannot get the finalisation from them, they answer emails incorrectly with incorrect information or they just ignore you flat out!!!! Happy to take new clients and your money but when it comes to actually doing their jobs Discovery is absolutely ***********!!!!! Why take business if you have no idea how to do your jobs...???????? Pathetic service absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
