<p>I would just like to take this time to thank the team at Discovery and to especially thank Mr Simon Farisane. </p> <p>I have never before received such efficient and professional service anywhere. </p> <p>As a proud owner of my very first, brand new car at the age of 23, I can without a doubt say that I made the best choice of selecting Discovery Insurance to insure my car. When I bought my car, I had so many insurance companies contact me to offer me the "best insurance," "best price," "Immidiate cover-no questions asked nonsense cover," however I knew that Discovery would offer me exactly what I needed. </p> <p>This was proven to me when not even a week had passed after I had submitted my claim and it has already been authorized. Not to mention the special treatment I received while Simon was handling my claim. I was constantly receiving messages and emails about the status of my claim. </p> <p>Then first thing this morning I received a phone call from Simon informing me that my claim had been authorized. My car was assessed on the Wednesday and three days later my claim is approved.
