Most appalling and shocking treatment!!!!

Appalling and unprofessional service received this past week from Samukele Mnguni in claims department about the claim i had for my car. Not only did he not take time out to call and inform me about my car's assessment report ,he sent me a rejection letter that states he had a telephonic conversation with me to discuss the outcome and the rejection of my claim and yet that discussion never took place, i was just thrown with a rejection letter. I sent numerous emails including escalating to his manager, Ntekane who apologized but still did not get any call from him until I followed again trying to get my car back. Samukele only calls me to tell me about the assessment report. A car that they claim to have assessed while the person who was driving was never even called to get the version of how the incident happened. Now when im requesting to get my car towed back from wherever it is they are telling me they are under no obligation to send my car to my residence.(As claimed by Samukele that this is in their policy that I agreed to)Have just read my policy and there is no such clause!All I can say Discovery is a **** ,they treat their clients like second class citizens when it comes to their end of the deal,rejection or not.Im a client who has more than one car insured with them and a house and they did not even have the decency to treat me with professionalism and respect! I truly regret leaving my previous insurer!!!
