I required a battery jump start on my car. I called through to the roadside assist team, got Moses Malinga on the line. What an absolute star! He was efficient and friendly throughout the call. He arranged a service provider to assist and called back to confirm their details with me. Within 20min the service provider had come and within 10min of that Moses called again to check in on me.
