Morning saved by Prince

I called in with a complaint i needed assistance with. The incorrect things where done for a client of mine and i had called in to try and find out the root of the problem.

Prince Sibiya took my call as an escalation. He managed to calm me down by applying immediate fixes for my issues, then proceeded to call the client and defuse the situation on that front.

He was diligent, had sense of urgency, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
