More than 6 months to get a door and handle repaired.

So this will be the 3rd review and still not sorted. I gave all the requested information to solve the accident issue. My car is not being repaired nor am I being taken seriously. Damn I did not know it will take over 6 months just repair a door and handle. Again I state. The crash was not even my Fault
