Month + of waiting on nothing to happen

I’ve spent more than a month calling, 60+min on hold, 5 escalations and 1 guarantee by a team leader that I he would follow up and contact me back. That’s more than a week ago. I’ve been an insure client for 3+years and I’ve had similar frustrations for most of this time. Please can someone sort this out.
