<p>Monique Wiese, assisted me today to redo a servicing quote on my new car and existing household insurance which I had to call in 4 times for to get ready, before I finally reached someone who knew exactly how to correct everything on my policy. She knew her facts and profession so well that she was able to bring my premium down and save me from making misstakes on my policy. She took the time to review outdated information and to capture new content accurately and with care.
