Monique went the extra mile.

<p>I spoke to Monique Wiese who assisted me with a minor change on my Insure Plan. I’d like to note that she was such a pleasure to deal with and I so appreciate her assistance. I wanted to add my Apple Pencil to my plan and she spoke to the claims department to find out the best way to cover it and went through a lot of effort to work out the best way to do so. She was so friendly and it was obvious she was looking out for my best interests, which is always what you want with someone who is dealing with clients. I would say that the interaction with her epitomises the quality of dazzling clients.</p>
