Monies taken *******ly by Discovery Insure

Through all the years I was paying Discovery Insure , Life and Investment I had non stop problems and always struggled to get service delivery from this company. Well they have done it again !! I gave notice last month to move my expensive personal short term Insurance away Policy Ref ********** 073 and I asked them to ensure that the Debit order be cancelled and not to be taken off in April. Well on 9 April my account was debited with R4627 . I contacted my new broker and I also emailed ********** and ********** I now paid 2 companies for the same Insurance and untill today I have no reply on my emails. Well I am so use to this poor service from Discovery that I am not surprised. I am moving most of my business away from them as this is unacceptable service for a individual that use to pay about R25 k per month to them. I will just keep loading reviews on Hellopeter Franscious
