Money trouble due to cov-19 and discovery kicks you out for one month no communication from them.

I have been a client of theirs for a number of years with not one claim. Due to this cov-19 I’m in a spot of financial trouble. I have sent in a form of theirs for a payment holiday and what I receive back is no pay no cover and then later the cancellation letter. They don’t care they have just canceled my cover for missing one installment. I can’t believe that this fancy company is so money hungry that they don’t care about their little clients who don’t ever claim. Thanks very much for nothing.
