Moloko Mathabathe made my first tow with Discovery Insure feel like a breeze

I had a wonderful experience with Discovery Insure today. My car boke down and it needed to be towed, well this was not great news for a Monday! I luckily was greeted by the loveliest and friendliest of voices who had a tow truck within 40 mins. It also had to be a flat bed as the car is automatic and that was not an issue at all. She kept calling me to inform me of the update and how far they were and made sure my car was collected safely. I was really impressed by the speed of the whole process and especially her warm and comforting words. Nice work Moloko!
