Mohammed Mitha for the win!
If you need help, Mohammed Mitha is your man. Helpful, friendly and incredibly fast service and response times. Above all a reasonable and fair person. The only downside is that not everyone else lives up to his standards, Training and standards level requirement at Discovery should be based on Mohammed Mitha.
