Mogale Rakoma - Excellent Customer Service :)

I would like to thank Mogale Rakoma for his excellent customer service. As advised to him, this is the first time I am processing a claim on my Discovery Policy but Mogale processed in no time! He was clear, concise and professional on the phone, asked easy and direct questions, logged the claim and advised that Glass Fit would be in contact with me. I received the claim authorization via e-mail within two minutes of my call and then a call and follow up sms from Glass Fit for an appointment to fit the windscreen. This has been one of the easiest claims I have ever made, from beginning to end it took a total of 50 minutes!! Well done all – very happy with your service!
