I would like to pass my gratitude regarding one of your employee. He is very helpful and has a good product knowledge as well as your system. Every tim I go throu him I know he will make sure that my client queries are resolved <br> <br> Remember one day my client was not happy with the EML and he did advise about the prons and cons of the EML and he escalated the case and in an hour's TIME he he manage to give me feedback. And on another case I wasted to add the new vehicle for my client and the client already had the vehicle and it was time for him to leave but he took his time to add the vehicle in a good manner. <br> <br> I have so may things can say in regard with his good service. He has goo listening skills, good customer service. He is a good asset to the company
