Mistakes that delays

I had an accident on the 18 of July this 2019 ne. Contacted discovery, I got Katlego who was very professional. He assisted me till my car was towed, sweet. Then the claims department, awesome I got updated every second day , by Bianca Manaka. She is a cool lady that one, even though she had to report to me the bad news that my car is a write off, I ddnt feel she is just doing her job,somehow I felt like she was really caring... the last week discovery authorized my claim...that's when I got bored coz instead of paying Webank, they paid MFC. I mean I think there is a big difference between MFC and wesbank. Well the other one is just 3 letters and the other one is seven letters. Hau I waited for a call from wesbank from last week Tuesdays. I decided to call wesbank myself on Tuesday this week, I was told that they haven't recieved anything from Discovery and then requested proof of payment from discovery, I then contacted discovery, I was told that my claim was processed last week Tuesdays and then told me that she will request finance department to send proof of payment to Wesbank. I hang up. I waited till today Friday I called wesbank, they told me that they have recieved proof of payment from discovery but the moola was paid to MFC and discovery told them that they are waiting for a refund from MFC so they can pay Wesbank. On top of that they told wesbank that me Tshepo Sebela is aware of the situation. WHHHAAAAAT man come on no one explained to me no one bothered to contact me by phone or email or anything. Well I know people make mistakes and all but sometimes you just have to notify your clients... Anyway when you paid the money to MFC, for whose account where you paying the money because I have never had an account with MFC. I just hope this matter is resolved quickly as I have to settle the shortfall with wesbank. And wesbank cant assist me before they receive proof of payment wabona..so guys solve this and please notify your clients in the future.
