Missing parts from vehicle

<p>I am extremely dissapointed in the service with discovery. I had a claim and my vehicle was taken to a discovery repair centre. Proline express, I had to remove the vehicle because the claim was rejected however my vehicle side mirrors were missing. It's been 3-4 weeks and they have not returned them as yet. There wasn't even any reason for them to be taken of at the centre because they were never damaged. It seems the company acts as ******* and does not bother to fix their mistakes. I will never use discovery insure or recommend it to anyone </p>
