Miss communication/deceived to take the insurance

After i have taken insurance from a condultant by the name of Khanya.and he promosed that the cash back card can be arranged so that i can use it at an engine garage.noe that i have taken tge insurance im told that i can only take slups and send them to a consultant.which was not an initial agreement.
