Misrepresentation

I have car and household insurance with Discovery and as a result of me losing my job I wasn't able to meet my premiums. A consultant from the retention dept contacted me and said that since I wasn't working the administrator would review my premium and reduce it. And when I star working it would revert to the original amount. I received a new policy with a reduction of merely R100??? If that was a review of the policy I mean come on, I stipulated I'm not working how can that honestly be a review. I've never had issues with my insurance but I am highly disappointed with Discovery at the moment
