Misleading sales

Whoever does the sales needs training

When getting a quote for my car insurance I disclosed that I am using a Huawei Mate 40 pro and that I already have a tracker installed on my car. Still I was sold dreams about vitality drive, and the vitality drive was the only reason I decided to change to Discovery in the first place.

Suddenly when I go to Tiger Wheel and Tyer to get the vitality drive thing set up I find out that my phone is not compatible with the app AND that because I already have a tracking device on my car I no longer qualify for the vitality drive benefit.

What was the use of disclosing all of this while was being quoted to be told differently once I go to get the vitality drive activated?

Now I need to reinstate my previous insurance/ find a new insurance in less than 5 days thanks to being mislead by whoever did the quote.
