Misleading, deceptive and false promises

Very disappointed with Discovery. I have paid my premiums loyally. They promised to pick up my car today. I put off everything to stay at home the whole day, but they **** to me. They also gave me a **** email address of a consultant who was supposedly handling my claim. The email bounces back and is nonexistant. Therefore I have to resort to Hellopeter to try to get their attention. Sadly, they don't care about their clients.
