Misleading and wrong premium prices

Changed addresses from a relatively crime free suburb to a suburb with even less crime. Working with SAPS I have access to crime stats to choose a suburb for the safety of my family. Boom the better area has a higher premium. When I ask why telling the agent I do crime prevention in these areas. My premium increased because chances are that it is a higher risk. Not true factual crime patterns but base on there is a chance that you might get your house broken in. This is deceptive and misleading. How can you charged me a premium because there is a chance that I might get ******. Confusing because I went from low crime rates area to even an even lower crime area. After all this still discovery is saying that’s how they feel
