Misleading adverts
Disappointing service received from Discovery Insure. They advise a 25% discount for driving less, yet I am still to see that app**** to my monthly premium. Logged a query on their App two weeks ago and still awaiting a response. Called their contact center last week and was told this will be investigated , still no response.
False and misleading advertising!!!

22 Sept 2020, 15:16This is the same response I received over a month ago. The question is when is this problem going to be fixed and why was I not informed of this problem from your side. Secondly, are you going to refund my 25% discount from the date that I was entitled to receive it. Discovery is very quite about this matter and needs to e exposed for their false advertising.
