Micky Manual, the Assessor with wings

<p>My flat was burglarised, and, as Murphy's Law predicts, if something can go wrong it does! When the assessor, Mickey Manual arrived to do the assessment, the security door jammed, locking me inside the 7th floor apartment and him outside. Mickey put me completely at ease and arranged for a locksmith (covered by Discovery Insure) and waited with me the entire time until the locksmith released me and changed the lock.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mickey's amazing service did not end there, he assisted me right throught the claim process which was far from problem-free - I'm not going into detail, but Mickey must have "wings and a halo" because patience and calm perseverance like his are not normal human traits.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Mickey, for exceptional service and going the extra mile for me.</p>
