On 15 July 2018 we were ******. We phoned Discovery on Monday 16 July and were helped by a lady that heard that I was still in shock and immediately said they will arrange for trauma counselling. Michelle van Zyl (Claims Administrator) was so kind and helped us with everything. She helped us with the claim, made sure we received counselling, contacted us everyday to hear if we are ok. I really want to thank Michelle and Discovery for everything . You are the best and our claim was handled and finished so quick.
