Mediocre service

I am Extremely disappointed at the type of service I am getting from the Discovery liabilities department. My claim was assigned to an Agent beginning of March. I have left countless messages for Ofentse, who is the Agent assigned to my claim but I have never received even a simple email acknowledging my emails or calls. Discovery at this point is just overrated and their service is terrible. They used to set the standards for Customer Experience but now they are just mediocre and I'd never join a brand as mediocre as this.
