Massive Premium increase for claiming once in 1 year

It started by me seeing that my insurance premium increased by over 25% , (policy number : ***) this month , which is what made me call in to query this . Firstly I could not get a direct line to the customer service department as the options are only geared for claims . The claims agent had no issues transferring me to customer service and then to retentions so that I can see if it was possible to bring the premium down or would I need to return to OUTsurance for a better premium .

Cut a long story short the lady who assisted me ( Jennifer Nkosi ) was a rockstar very understanding and spent some time going over what could be done , even though it was still a 12 % increase for this coming month .

I must just say that I'm still not happy about the massive insurance premium increase because I claimed once in 1 year , might still move to OUTsurance as it left me thinking that I was conned by the sales rep who said this would not happen amongst other things I've discovered he was mistaken about.

The reason for the 5 stars is that the staff were awesome , and Jennifer in particular .
