Marnus Louw, the building assessor that was allocated to me by Discovery, handled my claim very professionally and quickly. He was extremely friendly but still ensured that the claim was justified. Couldn't have asked to be handled any better and wish I could employ people like this that balances Discoveries policy, whom he works for as well as the my needs as the client.
