Marius Swart

Well, well, well. Let me tell you about Mr. Marius Swart of Discovery Insure. The gentleman over here is very funny and never stops talking. This is of course in relation to a claim number ********** which I lodged on the 04 January 2019. First of all, he came for a meeting at my apartment on a Saturday of 12 Jan 2019, which I assume was well outside his normal working days. He then asked me if we can drive to the scene of the accident (remote area in Limpopo, please see my earlier review about Moloko Mathabathe).

Our trip was fun, very engaging. I was telling him about our source of wealth back in the village (farms and livestock). We started off in Polokwane city to see the car, then we proceeded to the village which about 160kms outside Polokwane. He was very understanding of everything that happened to me. He shared with me his work experiences in and outside Discovery. I will probably spent the whole day telling you what we spoke about. Overall, he enjoyed his first time visit in a remote area like that.

He then gave me an expected turnaround time upon which he is most likely to submit a report to his seniors to have my claim either approved or not. Although he told me over a telephone that he could not live up to the turnaround times committed to, but he however promised to go an extra mile to have my issue resolved the following day and that is exactly what he did. I am happy with the overall service that Marius has provided me with.

I will not share much about the leg stretches we made along the way to and from Polokwane (Marius is a very funny individual to be around with, he is very easy to take one of a stressful situation and focus on the positive side of life)
