Marc Kuypers Superman!

After an incredibly frustrating day dealing with the Discovery Insure helpline - 3 different call centre employees all failing to resolve my request lacking enthusiasm with little interest in resolving my problem during the inbetween Christmas & New Year period. After laborious and patient efforts in explaining to them what it was that I required, I had moved not an inch forward in an 8 hour day.

Enter Superman, Mark Kuypers!! I won the lotto in being be routed to him this morning! Within 10 minutes I had what I needed - he insisted on staying on the line until I received the attachment sent and confirmed that this was indeed the information required. We need more staff in Discovery Insure with this attitude. Thank you Marc, for your interest and enthusiasm.
