Marc Kuypers

<p>I contacted Marc this morning and requested a confirmation of cover. There was an IT issue on the policy. Marc took all the details and promised to resolve it as soon as possible. Needless to say Marc kept to his promise and I received the confirmation of cover much quicker than anticipated and on top of that he contacted me twice as a courtesy to confirm whether I have received the confirmation letter and whether I needed any additional assistance. Really fantastic service from Marc, I was extremely impressed that he went the extra mile for me :-)</p>
