My house was ****** by my tenants they stole keys during the day while my cleaner was doing washing and then broke into my house the next day.

When we got insurance with Discovery they never mentioned that you should have photographs of all your things you are insuring, or that they dont cover you for break ins if the people who broke in are people that live on the same property or that they only cover you for forced entry.

Instead of being upfront and honest i had 4 insurance consultants in my home pretending that they care about our situation and leading us on so that we can just give them more money.
