This is my third report regarding Discovery Insure. After fighting about buying my car back, I received a release letter from Matshepo on the 3rd of February. Tsholofelo her Manager agreed that I can buy the car back and they will pay out the difference after deducting the access. I refused to sign the letter as it still says that the property will belong to Discovery Insure. I want a letter stating that they will give the car back. Today I phoned to get the address of where the car is held and when I phoned them, they said according to their system the claim is rejected. Mathepo just mailed me and said the matter is with Management.<br> The incident was on the 29th of December. It is now the 6th of December and I am still struggling. I have also reported my case to the Beeld. What else must I do to get proper service.
