Mahlomola Priscilla Sekgotlaboraga - the most *********** claims administrator I have ever dealt with. What a ********** experience. I logged a claim on the 20th of April and did not get details for an assessor. I emailed this lady and made her aware - no response. I get an email from her saying she's waiting for the assessors report - I respond and tell her I dont have any details where should I go - no response. Every few days she sends me a new email saying she's waiting for the report. A few days later I get an email saying my assessment has been cancelled. I email back querying this. I phone the call centre and the guy I spoke to gave me the numbers for Net Assess so I can book an assessment, I get a date for Monday the 9th of May. Today, the 6th of May I get an email from this lady telling me that I have withdrawn my claim and my claim has been closed which is quite alarming because I have not withdrawn or closed my claim. When did I withdraw my claim? Where's the communication from me stating I'm withdrawing my claim. I need someone to sort this out ASAP as I have to take my car in to the Assessor on Monday morning. What incompetence is this? I've sent this claims administrator atleast 5 emails enquiring about my claim and the assessor and she never bothers to respond then she takes it upon herself to close my claim. Is this what Im paying for?
