Made insurance claim so painless

On Tuesday evening I had a smash and grab incident. I tried reporting it the same night but was turned back at Midrand Police Station and told to go to Sandton police station. Reported it on Wednesday but had to wait for the case number. Around 4pm I decided to call Discovery Insure without the case number and expected issues. Simon quickly authorized the claim and promised that the service provider will come to my preferred address to install a new window the next day and I should just email the case number when I get it from SAPS. It was a very smooth call and he easily answered all the questions I had. The next day he followed up to check if the glass had been installed. That's what I call super service!
