Low treatment while far from home.

I live in JHB and traveled down to Cape Town a few days ago. After my claim I was desperate to get my rental car from my Policy. I WAS LEFT STRANDED IN CAPE TOWN for 3 days as I was told I will only get a rental car after my assessment was done. It's December, Panel beaters begin to close from the 15th of Dec. After receiving the rental car I received a group-A car. I requested a group B car as I need to drive back to JHB where my car needs to be sent back to. I was told I have to cover the cost of the upgrade and pay a 1-way fee to Avis to drop off back to JHB. You pay for what you get, what you get is the appropriate treatment. I'd rather feel valued.
