<p>I was assisted by Kgomotso Sefume, pleasant personality, warm and reassuring.</p> <p>Claims process was explained and almost immediately received SMS with claim number, one small disappointment was the email that was to be sent to me with requirements for claim to be finalised, all was sorted by another of the consultants Fazeela Tenant.</p> <p>Overhaul experience was brilliant, thanks to Discovery and the staff keep up the good work and do not ever drop the standards.</p>
