Loss for words!

I am so disappointed by the service I have received from Discovery Insure to the point where I actually have no words. I have driven a 250km return trip, twice. And my vehicle is still not repaired. I am clearly in the market for another insurer as there is no plausible reason for me to continue with this insurer.
